" Richard Blackmore provided me with excellent service - his initial response was prompt and noticeably helpful and this was followed by a fair price quotation and a timely appointment date. He arrived on time, set about the work, completed it to my entire satisfaction and tidied up afterwards. We discussed a few other electrical issues around the house and having done some additional testing he offered sound advice that avoided unnecessary expense. Statutory paperwork for the original work and an invoice for the agreed amount (with no charge for the additional testing) arrived later the same day.
